Getting a copy of your high school, GED or college transcript

HIGH SCHOOL TRANSCRIPT: High school graduates should contact their high school for a copy of their transcripts.

GED TRANSCRIPT: If you took the GED in West Virginia, you may get a copy of your test scores by submitting a GED Release of Information Form to the WV Department of Education. For a copy of the form, call the GED office at (304) 558-6315.

COLLEGE TRANSCRIPT: If you have attended another college, you must have an official copy of your transcript sent to the office of admissions. Contact the Registrar's Office at your former school for further instructions.

ALL TRANSCRIPTS SHOULD BE SENT DIRECTLY FROM THE HIGH SCHOOL, DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION (for GEDs), OR COLLEGE to:
